What we collect

We collect only what we need to sell and support a licence: your name, mobile number and email address when you request a trial or buy the app, and basic usage analytics of the website (via Google Analytics).

What we do not collect

We do not collect your broker credentials, demat details, bank details or trading positions. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we never see or store your full card or UPI credentials.

How we use your data

Your details are used to issue and support your licence key, to send you the app download and activation instructions, and to answer your questions. We may send occasional product updates related to StoxPattern.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who make the product work — email delivery, payment processing and hosting — and where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access limited to the app owner. Stock research runs live in the app and reports are generated on your device; we do not build a profile of the companies you research.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us at the address below. We will act on the request within 30 days.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies and Google Analytics cookies to understand page traffic. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the app.

StoxPattern is a digital product delivered as a licence key, so please use the free 7 day trial to satisfy yourself that the app suits you before buying.

Once a paid licence key has been issued and activated, the purchase is non-refundable, because the key cannot be recalled after delivery.

If your key was never delivered, was delivered twice, or fails to activate and we cannot fix it within 7 days of purchase, write to us and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference and registered email.

We usually reply within one working day.
